Why do women play hard to get

Men often get discouraged and frustrated when women play hard to get. So many men I met who gave up chasing after women because they never know when a woman is interested or not. Why do women play hard to get? Most of the time it seems as woman plays hard to get but actually she is not, she is just not sure or not interested. Sometimes women don't know if they are interested enough to invest more in a relationship. Women need time to assess if they really want to be with you or not. Some women don't even know you are trying to chase after her. A woman could think maybe you are just a very friendly person, whereas you think you are dying inside just trying to talk to her. Men aren't investing enough time and effort from a woman's point of view. Most women think they should be pursued and chased after. I heard that some women won't even return a phone call unless a guy called her 3 times. Different women have different believes and her own unique dating rules.

What about me? To be honest, I never really played hard to get. Sometimes I wasn't interested or wasn't sure and that's all. If I really liked someone, I always made it clear and men loved it. So, where as you are playing hard to get or going to, it's up to you. Whatever makes you happy. Playing hard to get can be a lot of fun and gives more power to a woman.

Some women play hard to get because they want to be in control. I'm not the most controlling person in the world, so for me playing hard to get is not really that interesting. But some women want to have an upper hand in a relationship.

If a woman is very attracted to a guy she could still be playing hard to get because she is affraid to be rejected. Men have their own expectations, for example, some want a wife, some want one night stand, some want a woman who is not only beautiful but can satisfy his most secretive and private desires. Men can be very picky too, this is why sometimes a woman has to play hard to get just to take her time and find out what her man wants.

Playing hard to get is not bad or good it's just a part of every new relationship. It wold be a lot easier if people were straightforward about their intentions. I'm probably one of the most straightforward and honest people, but people still think there more to what I actually say. If I say I want friendship men still think I want more, If I say something else, a man still tells me I give mixed signals and confuse him. Maybe people just can't beleive that I say what I mean and I mean what I say?

So, even if you think you aren't playing hard to get, someone could think that you are. Anyway, playing hard to get is a very interesting concept at least to me. I was never able to play hard to get because I like simplicity and clarity in a relationship. Maybe I should start playing hard to get with people and see how fun it can be. Usually I treat people the same way they treat me. Playing hard to get is interesting if you want to attract someone, and I don't think I really want to attract anyone right now.

If you are interested in attracting men or women, then of course, experiment with playing hard to get, maybe it will work for you. The concept is quite simple, try to convince the other person that you like him/her while being unreachable, push and pull idea.

Some men are affraid to pursue women hard enough because they are affraid to come across as a stalker. So, men are walking on a fine line between becoming her pursuer or be a stalker. No one wants to be a stalker, so women do need to give some friendly signs to a man so he can proceed further.
