Yes, become more social. People tend to eat slightly more when they are around others than if they were eating by themselves. If you have enough parties to attend, people often love to bring food and you could spend the whole evening trying different dishes.
If you go out with your friends, try to go to buffet restaurant where you can eat as much as you can and have a lot of choice. Don't hurt yourself by trying to eat too much though. It's o'kay to eat until you are full, but if you overeat you will want to avoid food altogether. So, eat more, but don't hurt yourself.
So, what type of foods have many calories. Dishes with potatoes, rice, pasta and meat have many calories. For example, potato salad, lasagna, pizza are one of the meals that filled with extra calories. Sometimes you can allow yourself to have a desert but don't consume candy bars all day long. Remember that being healthy is your first goal and your looks and weight is only after that.
